I came to see Carl when I felt the rehab I was doing, wasn’t getting me to where I wanted. I became increasingly frustrated and unsure what to do next. Carl’s attitude was reassuring, and gave me confidence that things would improve. Carls background knowledge meant we could tailor my rehab and focus on replicating the movements which were causing me pain. I’m now a couple of months down the line and starting to return to what I’ve missed doing. It’s great to start to have my confidence back.
I went to Carl unable to lift my arm above shoulder height without significant discomfort. Carl quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what we needed to fix and set me up with an easy to follow rehab plan. Carl was happy to adapt my rehab plans to work around my work and training schedule making it easy to keep my rehab on track. 6 months after my initial injury and with only a handful of visits to Carl, my shoulder is now stronger than it was pre-injury.
Carl’s expertise in CrossFit was helpful in understanding the demands of the sport. He was very knowledgable and knew exactly what was needed. He provided a friendly and relaxed environment which was very reassuring. After only one visit I was provided with a detailed rehab plan and I am on my way back to fitness. Easy to book appointments via the website as well.

I'd recommend Carl for physiotherapy every time. I've been treated by him numerous times and the thing I like most is that he encourages me to continue with exercise that I love whilst dealing with the issue I have. I'm a personal trainer and recommend him to clients that need physio.
