One month later and I’m still waiting for a receipt (which I need!) for ‘the boiler service’ for 110£ and he took ages to reply…..I won’t call again 👍🏼

The nicest guy - so kind, trustworthy, professional, respectful, tidy. I honestly can’t recommend Conrad enough. He sorted my boiler for me in about 2 seconds! And installed my dishwasher and washing machine for me. Did a superb job, and left everything so tidy too. Completed it all so quickly and explained everything to me after of what was done. I will 100% be using them again! Highly highly recommend using them

I seek him here I seek him there I seek Conrad Swain everywhere. I didn't mind rebooking the first appointment due to a staff issue. But when you are left waiting 30 mins beyond the rebooked appointment and then have to text and call to see if he is coming is very unprofessional. Finally got a text in response offering another appointment. No thanks. Don't bother responding to the job on Check a Trade if you're not interested
