We booked a dishwasher repair and paid UP FRONT with crystal tech on Monday. We were told an engineer was coming on wedensday. Waited all day, no one showed up, no one called us. NOW i am trying to call their offices for the past two days, you cannot get through to anyone at all. No one on the phones knows whats going on and say they will "pass on your message" but no one gets back to you. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Made my machine worse cost me more than if I just employed someone for the week and got a replacement with the week of constant appointment failures don't even bother.
Very disappointed. Engineer visit after 5 days and made so many phone calls . After visiting he doesn’t know what to do . He couldn’t find fault and keep blaming water pressure low . Suggest needs to fit parts which hasn’t required anything. Worst company ever seen . Just wasted money
