Outstanding service from Crystal tech services. Our technician was Lee Stringer who was excellent. He took the the time to do a thorough diagnostic assessment which was complete and efficient. In doing so identified the issue which had eluded 2 other so called experts. Efficient timely excellent communication. What a good job looks like. 👍 Thanks Lee.
We booked a dishwasher repair and paid UP FRONT with crystal tech on Monday. We were told an engineer was coming on wedensday. Waited all day, no one showed up, no one called us. NOW i am trying to call their offices for the past two days, you cannot get through to anyone at all. No one on the phones knows whats going on and say they will "pass on your message" but no one gets back to you. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
