Lady came and try to sell me a £300 spring cleaning… Cleaning was done around the furniture, all dirty and when I submitted a claim they didn’t do anything.
Friendly team but not an adequate execution for an end of tenancy clean. They had missed so many little details which the inventory clerk looks at - we asked them to redo the ones we immediately noticed at the inspection at the end of the day, we did at least 2 hours of extra cleaning ourselves and were also charged for a top up clean by the landlord. Very happy with the services provided, our cleaner will make it worth our money, she's proactive, use the entirety of the time paid and will find things to clean deeper or tidy if there is still time. She's organised and calculate well the time taken for each room to miss nothing. She's always on time, never any trouble, and she doesn't listen to loud music, sing or pass all the time on the phone like a lot of cleaners do. What else could you ask for really?
