I have been going here for the last 30 years or so. My experience has always been excellent. Recently my eyesight deteriorated enough to bother me so I got booked in for a checkup. I had a full eyesight check and found I needed my glasses lenses changed to a new prescription. This was done and I now have my excellent eyesight fully restored to its previous performance. Full marks to Crystal Optometry - again!
An excellent experience this week for my eye check with the knowledgeable optometrist who has bought the business from founder David Crystal - high-quality machinery for retinal photography and pragmatic assessment of my ongoing visual needs. I recently had an eye examination with Tracey and just wanted to say how impressed and reassured I felt throughout the whole appointment. Tracey was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough—she took the time to explain each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable and informed from start to finish. I left feeling confident about my eye health and grateful to have been seen by someone so skilled and considerate. Highly recommend Tracey and the team—excellent service all round!
I've been going to Crystal Optometry for decades and when David and Dorothy retired they left big boots to fill. At my recent routine visit I was seen by Tracey and it was immediately obvious that she was right on top of the game. Technically outstanding, her patient manner was Gold-Standard. Contacted branch today to book a visual health test . Under new ownership as Dorothy has retired which unfortunately means they no longer offer visual stress tests . Please update your website to reflect current services.
