Shane & Adam went above and beyond to help do my pond & re line it all. Fixed all new surfaces and surround. Brilliant, professional very polite service and nothing was to much trouble for them even with obstacles they came up against. Would % highly recommend this 2 guys. Excellent. Fantastic service. Shane came around yesterday and literally gave a new life to my pond. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He ensured my equipments are working fine too and went above and beyond to help fix things. Happy fishes, happy me. I would 100% recommend Crystal Clear Ponds. As total newbies to pond life (it came with the house) we contacted Shane to come and clean our pond. He came in torrential rain and the pond has never looked better, we can now actually see the fish who seem a lot more active!! Lovely guy, answered the hundreds of questions we threw at him and gave us lots of advice on keeping pond and fish in good condition. It's now a feature in our garden instead of a dark hole. Would recommend 100%

Shane & Adam spent only a few hours relining our pond. Sadly, they neglected to tell us not to feed the fish once they were put back in and consequently all the fish died due to high levels of nitrites from the fish food (which they weren't eating). One should not assume that a client has a certain level of knowledge about fish care. Today I have had to readjust all the levels of the plants and noticed that the finish on the underside of the coping stones is not finished to a high quality.
