Always had the best service at this centre, the actual audiologists are fantastic. Unfortunately the reception staff let them down. Stacy was abrupt, rude and didn't care to actually let me finish a sentence before jumping my throat and stating the obvious. As a reception Manager I think she could benefit from a customer service skill course. I was in need of help and she was far from helpful. Insolent woman.
