An absolute shambles from the get go. Rude and arrogant service, with obvious reluctance to rectify the many issues that were ongoing for 4 weeks from the date of carpet fitting. This included a carpet fitter who left rubbish everywhere, and just disappeared leaving it all unfinished, to ordering the wrong carpet. Their only saving Grace was Kev in the Hereford shop, who went above and beyond to help.
