I don't understand why I have to wait two and a half weeks to have a 5 minute blood test..its ridiculous..please explain..and don't say too busy because when I visit u are not
I feel sad that I feel the need to leave a low star rating. Staff deserve 5 stars or more, everyone from point of contact to the doctors and nurses are fantastic. However the appointment system is a one star. Booking appointments now have become so complicated. 3 month wait for a smear test, a 15 minute appointment, and even booking that far ahead you can't pick a day that suits. Utter madness. Also the reception desk is awkward, I'm five foot and feel foolish not being tall enough to see the staff. Sorry to write this but I... read more
Always very helpful and respectful, kind, compassionate and professional.
Lovely staff, helpfull, polite, But I rely do wish they would lower that wall between Patients and staff... The counter is so high, People in wheelchairs, Short people can't even see the staff, it rely, rely, must be cut down.....
