disappointing – Food: average. Ambience: ok, but the plastic chairs were not comfortable. Wine: very good. Service: very good, and the person who served us was knowledgeable on wine, matching a good wine to our preferences. Dinnerware: distracting as it was difficult to use. My wife and I spent too much time trying to keep our sliverware balanced on the "modern" dinnerware.

It's the customer that counts – I had high expectations for Crush after the amazing word of mouth reviews. However, my overall experience was disappointing on several fronts: 1) ambitious menu, poor execution - the touted whole foie gras needs improvement - imagine an entire f.g., both lobes, not cooked all the way through i.e. cold in the center, served in over-sized chunks w/ tongs & literally smothered in sauce - not good; 2) wine service - we ordered multiple bottles of expensive wine, which for were meant to be paired w... read more

Romantic, good food, slow service – I went to Crush for the first time recently. The space is beautiful- very romantic and the food was delicious. Service was slow and not friendly but I will try them again. It could've been an off night.

Its not the critic who counts – It is very evident that from the level of detail at this restaurant that the owners have dedicated themselves to quality. Their hardwork was enjoyed by my wife and I 3 times so far, we'll be looking forward to more eperiences as the seasons and menu changes. It's odd that someone could criticize foie gras done so correctly and so generously served. When I eat the foie gras at Crush I forget all the overcooked, tiny pieces that I have had in the past, this is how to eat, this place is not expen... read more

Don't believe the hype – I went to Crush with expecting a well executed menu given the reviews I've read so far. Yet it was a disappointing experience... The dishes did inspire to be great yet the execution of the dishes were simply abysmal. Pan-seared foie gras with a lukewarm/cold center. Ouf of pace wine service... This restraurant is not a cheap experience hence price/value of my experience was very disappointing. The chef/owners now owe to the positive reviews to catch up to the expectations.

WOW – From A to Z, Crush has it all. Professional and approachable waitstaff, cozy setting, cuisine to flip for. My friends and I ate there on Tuesday and it was truly divine. We shared everything from Foie Gras with Huckleberries, that the server said would knock our socks off, needless to say I need a new pair of socks. We also tried the Lobster Ravioli with peas, pancetta, and pearls, perfect. Among the entrees we sampled the Short Ribs, heaven and the Duck leg, the flavors where lovingly assemble to please our taste buds... read more

Sensational!!! – I have ate at Crush on a few occasions and everytime my experience gets better and better. The food was amazing. The salmon practically melts in your mouth. The wine was wonderful and the dessert was truly delectible. Everyone there was most pleasant. I can't wait to go back.
