After canceling PF in September because I thought Crunch was opening then, that was my first disappointment. The second was their billing policy, so I spend $10 and had to cancel because they only bill to a checking account and not a card. I was canceling PF anyway for the same reason. I hope I can find a gym that actually wants my money and I like it.

I love the option of doing classes, working with a trainer or just doing your own thing independently. Everyone is there for the same reason as you, so you never feel judged. The sauna and hydro massage chair is a major bonus. I love Crunch Fitness and will never go back!
