RecommendedI’ve been a member of Crunch Fitness in York for over a year. This is a great gym with well trained staff, equipment that is maintained, and a variety of energetic classes. The gym is also kept very clean! I recommend the Peak Results with The HIIT Zone option. The training is a little more intense than Peak Plus group fitness classes. Tracking results via the Body Scans works well. You will love this gym!

Just picked up my key card for the new Harrisburg location. We got to meet Katie who helped get us set up and ready to go. She was able to answer all questions and genuinely cared about what we were talking about and she knows her stuff! I think we made the right decision switching gyms. 😁

So much energy in this mornings pound on pavement class!! Instructor Penny was so positive, smiling, and rocked it out!! It was a great workout!! Katy was very welcoming and greeted you with a smile!!❤
