This place is terrible. The staff are rude and generally unhelpful. People don’t clean up after themselves or wipe down equipment. I moved out of the area and just like other people have said, I provided them with everything they requested and they still continued to bill me despite the cancellation clause in my contract.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean, plethora of equipment and turf space, pretty good eye candy in there too from time to time which never hurts 🙃

I got a crunch gym membership the day after I had an emergency and had to leave the state and I’ve been gone I have never use the gym membership they’re charging me every month I tried to cancel they told me I had to have a letter sent to them I sent the letter to them they said they never got it and they keep charging me and charge me and charge me tell me that they need a letter from me sign all they’re trying to do is take my money I’ve almost up to $400 paying for something that I never used worst gym ever!!!
It's open during COVID. Great service, friendly staff, clean, and plenty of equipment.
Had a great experience here! Super friendly staff, they wear masks and do temperature checks at the front when you check in. They also provide disinfectant spray to wipe down the equipment and hand sanitizer.
Great gym. Good selection of equipment and from the staff to the people training everyone is friendly and polite.
I was a Crunch Scott's Addition customer and personal training client for 2 years and enjoyed my experience until I moved to a different state and needed to cancel my personal training contract. I corresponded with Crunch fitness staff for nearly a month, jumping through hoops to provide them the documentation they needed. Our personal training cancellation policy is 30 days notice from when we receive the USPS notification. With that letter you were able to cancel early and didn't end up getting charged through the whole contract. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
