Very friendly, helpful staff. I visited while on travel in the area, and I was very impressed with the selection of equipment, the cleanliness, and the overall layout of the gym. Plus they have plenty of room for cross-fitters.
I've been a member for about a year. The facility is always clean, staff are helpful and friendly, and I think my membership is a great value. I have the luxury of going at off-peak hours, so I've always been able to use whatever equipment I needed without waiting. Even when it's busy, though, there is still no shortage of equipment to use. And I like the variety of age groups and abilities I see. Their motto of "no judgements " is accurate.
Get fit and have fun at the same time. It is okay to go at your own pace and do what feels right for you. Any fitness level can join in the group classes because lots of modifications are offered and demonstrated for age, injury, or experience. Truly no judgments. The facility is super-clean, too. I'd rather shower at Crunch Fort Myers than at home, haha!
