HORRIBLE GYM !!!!! No social distance & very difficult to cancel !!! So many hidden fees not worth your money
RecommendedThis place is awesome ! All the staff are super friendly and always make me feel welcome, Jen is also such an amazing trainer and helped me lose 20lbs prior to COVID , I would 10/10 recommend doing personal training there . 💛 Evan is also really great 🤩😄
The staff at Crunch is great...but they are treated poorly. Management is crooked and greedy. They make a habit of charging you incorrectly, then politely telling you they will fix it. Then they just charge you more. 27 here 200 there. I love how when Covid struck they did a desperate money grab, and said it's ok We'll credit you for all this stuff later, and then they don't. Crunch was a great gym to start. I brought all my friends there. I did personal training with them and classes for over a year, but when they had over 4 trainers quit, I filled out the form to cancel training and stay for classes. Everything was fine for a couple months until Covid. After Covid, my form all of a sudden disappeared and they charged my account random number and started up training charges again out of NOWHERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. They will charge anything they can after you cancel anythin... read more
I feel it is safe to go back to the gym. They have plenty of sanitizers for equipment. Chill atmosphere. Love it here. Lots of equipment
