with the music selection you’d think you are at a coffee shop. Taylor swift & Dan + Shay are a frequent on the list. Nice gym but someone has to figure out the aux for those who forget headphones or do PT & can’t use them. if I was walkiing into the gym for the first time analyzing the feel this music would be an instant no go. please stop putting us to sleep with kids bop, thank you

If you are going to force people to stay in contracts when they can't go to the gym or afford the membership during a pandemic, but you at least agree to hold the charges for 3 months because "that's the best you can do," you should probably stop charging the account for those three months.I thought LA Fitness was bad but somehow you all are worse. Great place great atmosphere and awesome staff my favorite gym for sure nothing but motivation and gains to get out of this place for sure
When you empower employees to make decisions and then do not as a manager follow through with them. You might have a poor management structure in place. Be careful and READ all the fine print before you sign up for anything with Crunch Fitness.... There might be a mild bit of FRAUD going on......
The staff is absolutely AMAZING and the High Intensity classes are phenomenal and kick-asssssss. They motivate you to go harder but understand when you can't. Liz and Lawrence's HIT classes are where its at. If you're serious about losing weight or getting in shape..... definitely check them out.
Gud hour workout wit my girl did the 45min workout wit one of the trainers and yes she got us together I will b back
