I would give this company, no stars if I could, booked a cruise from them which was due to take place this August, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control and which I cannot go into, I had to cancel the cruise, I had paid a £478 deposit, and then they had the audacity to ask me for an extra £22 to complete the cancellation, they have so far kept this deposit even after I explained my situation to them, I was supposed to get a phone call from them when I registered a complaint with them, instead I had a very cond... read more
