ONE STAR FOR SIX STAR Business flights INCLUDED on my Seabourn luxury cruise.. YAY lets go ! Months later ..yes its included - only if I accept a no charge option involving up to 14 hour flight time including a mystery stop .. Otherwise its up to an extra £830 ( 2 persons ) 5 hours 5mins 1 stop Oh its Venice to Manchester BTW !!

Amendments Team nightmare. Booked 3 fantastic cruises from start to finish with Daniel. He was absolutely helpful, professional and had loads of empathy. Booked the 4th cruise through him again and had to leave the flight parts out as I booked too far in advance for them. Then came the nightmare!! I have tried to change my flights and firstly I was threatened that I couldn’t, then I had conversations that were rude and abrupt.
