Always a first class service, Grace was really professional and good well
Their phones dont work - water in the pipes!
Really good. Had back pain. Tried a few other local physios which were awful. This place sorted me completely with initial exercises to reduce the pain and then later exercises to slowly strengthen things again. Feel 100% now after weeks of initial agony. Would always use Surrey Physio.
Really good experience seeing Kay. I was experiencing some discomfort, and wanted to get a better understanding of the likely cause. Kay carried out a postural assessment, some range of motion tests and dry needling. The discomfort was lessened immediately and after carrying out the exercises every day for a couple of weeks, everything's back to normal. Now I'm armed with the knowledge of why this happened and how I can prevent flareups in the future.
I’ve had joint and muscle pain for most of my life and tried many treatments over the years, but nothing gave lasting results. In 2019 I came to Surrey Physio and booked with Kay Allardyce, and it was the best decision I could have made. Kay took a really thorough, whole-body approach, explaining everything clearly and tailoring treatment to me.
