I wouldn't give any stars to a place who displays disability discrimination and lack of integrity. They lied and said I failed 3 appointments which is a lie and it's only because when I made an appointment I would request same floor level and the receptionist , cianna did not do that so I attended my appointment 2/3 times with them putting me upstairs for an appointment which then had to cancelled and changed but this horrible practice put it as FTA. I came in to see Dr Stanislava. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort and I’m already a nervous patient. She made me feel so calm and relaxed and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She explained the x-rays as well as what she is going to do. I would recommend going to her as I could tell she genuinely cared! A special mention to her nurse as well, who was friendly.

Try calling these people and they dont answer the phones and youre forced to listen to marketing instead of speaking to receptionist.. Messages for dentist are not passed on to dentist and when I requested an appointment I was told to wait for a call back from my dentist which never happened (its been 4 weeks since I requested a call back). Theyve got no options for NHS patients except tooth removal and now my mouth has had half the teeth removed and no callback as to what they will do next. The dentist is great , welcoming nice staff, but when I go for checkups they don’t really check my teeth and I have a gap in my front tooth and it has gotten bigger, they said straight up to me I’m not qualified by nhs but I’ve spoken to friends and they’ve got their braces after 2 checkups and their local dentist how comes?? It’s been getting larger and I’m kind of insecure.

I’m very happy with the services at Croydon Dental Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and friendly. They made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. The level of professionalism and care really stands out. I’m giving 5 stars because of the amazing team – their positive attitude and genuine kindness made all the difference. Highly recommend!
