My husband and I stayed here February 24th. We were charged a $25 security deposit. At check in we were told the charge would be reimbursed at the end of our stay. MULTIPLE phone calls, emails and weeks later we still have not been refunded. Sadly this was a beautiful hotel and I would stay here again, however after this I would not recommend them at all.
We're here for a dance competition and one of the children vomited in the doorway of a ballroom. The man at the door snickered every time someone walked through it to get in and out of their classes. Some of these kids are barefoot! Housekeeping blotted it with paper towels, when mothers said not good enough, they came back with fabreeze complaining about having to clean all over again the whole time. I'm so glad we didn't get a room here if that's what " cleaning " is
Horrible place, mold in the bathroom checked out in 5 minutes. One of the beds in our room was wet, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we ever had.
Slow service..prices in bar and lounge were very high..one glass of wine cost 18.00 per..waiters for breakfast was on dead stop..front desk people either couldn't or wouldn't help..bathrooms in convention center needed cleaning
Great check in service. 1st time to the area. Breakfast was good, then hit the gym and back to the room to go to the parades. Room was cleaned everyday. The whole staff we came in contact with was great.
