Everyone was nice and showed excellent hospitality...
We are here for the NAM convention and it has been pretty great. The staff have been very friendly.... and smiling even though it's a packed house with kids everywhere!
Was not happy with my stay from the time I walked in. No restaurant service on Saturday night and could not reach room service. Room was not cleaned on Sunday. Food was cold at breakfast.
Banquet food was just ok. Breakfast was the best food of the convention
Attended a luncheon. Service was not very good at all. Food was ok but not great by any means.
