The customer service was amazing but the rooms need a major update. There was flanking paint, took forever for the water to get warm in our room (3rd floor) and there was a weird smell when we entered. Worked for our conference but yeah, needs a major update.

We stay here almost weekly . They are the friendliest people we've ever encountered at a hotel & we travel frequently. The staff is very efficient & always looking for ways to make our stay more enjoyable.This hotel is pet friendly & loves "Charlie" & he loves them too! My absolute favorite place to stay in Baton Rouge! It's quiet & the most comfortable bed I've ever been in! Everything is so nice & clean! I love it!
I spent the last 2 weeks at the Crown Plaza because I was in town to perform with Opera Louisiane. The service was great and the staff was most helpful, from the people at the front desk to the cleaning personnell. I'd like to thank Crown Plaza for supporting Opera Louisiane and making it possible for me to perform with them by very generously providing accomodation for the out of town singers. I had a great time and would definitely choose the Crown Plaza again were I to come to Baton Rouge again for business or leisure.
Stayed here for a convention, and enjoyed the facility, but with big events, the elevators are far too slow and congested.
No hot tub... I'm pissed. Other wise not a bad place.
