Our whole experience was pleasant!! We will return for a third visit.
The New Years Eve package was amazing!! The staff was incredible and every was extremely friendly and helpful. I would just suggest that the bar open earlier for that day with more than one bartender and the itinerary letter for the evening include the cocktail hour on 5th floor. Overall, it was a perfect evening. The food was delicious and displayed beautifully. The bands were great!! Thank you for a wonderful night!

My 5th Christmas eating here...food was good but not a good as the first 4 times...also service was slow...seem like they were short of staff

I throughly enjoyed my stay. I had a good night rest in another bed besides my own and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. The staff was very accommodating.
I've been a guest here since Sunday 11/06/16 as a personal assistant for one of the corporate sponsors (Iron Authority) of the World Powerlifting Conference 2016. It's a week long event and I'm here for the entire week. The staff and I mean everyone has been accommodating and pleasant to interact with.
