Hotel is decent, but needs updating. In my opinion not worth the price you pay for quality of rooms there. Breakfast is not included and the WiFi didn’t work very well. Only reason we stayed here was because it was convenient for the event we were attending. Staff was nice for the most part.
We were there for a banquet (food was poor) and a convention of sorts (we were exhibitors and were not allowed to bring our items in from the car without bell captain help $$). The wait staff was nice, but not much else. Good room, though...
I loved this property what a great place to get away and relax before a performance. Great city great location and the room was delightful and comfy. The staff was great away and the property impecable. I will stay here every time I'm in baton rouge. Check this place out when your in town
Crowne plaza does an excellent job each year hosting the Simple Simon Tire & Care Care annual convention. This year was one of the best ones yet! I would just like to applaud Mr. Nelson who waited on us for lunch and dinner. He went above and beyond multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. He even made lemonade for a special request! Go Nelson!
A large group of us booked rooms at theCrown Plaza for New Years Eve. The check in was extremely quick and easy, the room was very clean and even had a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator along with a note and glasses on the desk. The New Years Eve party was a blast. Food tasted great, Bands we wonderful and the staff was amazing. We will be back.
The Crowne Plaza BR puts on a fantastic New Year’s Eve party. Our Friends have booked a table for four years in a row. We’ve made it to two of the parties. Great time time, food is beautifully display and top notch. Dessert bar is like you’re in heaven. All the drinks are included. The three bands bring in the new year continuously for seven hours. ONE complaint or actually is TWO. Bed needs an upgrade, I like a pillow top mattress and two don’t book on interstate side (North) you can hear cars passing ALL night. I still hav... read more
