Beautiful renovated rooms! So well appointed for business or leisure guests! Enjoyed their restaurant- very friendly staff! One of the best staff in Baton Rouge to hold your meeting or conference- stellar!!! Nothing but the best
I've been working with Carlos for months now in preparation of my high school class' 40th reunion. Now, he tells me we cannot get the block of rooms we needed, nor the meeting rooms at a discounted price because he "forgot" it was a football weekend for LSU. How unprofessional! I will make sure that EVERYONE knows how we were handled.

NOTHING You have called Family members and telling them that the SHOLES Family Reunion has been cancelled and when trying to check in with confirmed reservations they are being turned away. We know you want to charge as much as you as you can to the people evacuating.
