I found all the staff to be patient, caring, and professional. Communication was always prompt and consistent. The continuity of carers, which is very important due to my mother’s dementia was excellent. On occasions, staff remained with my mother when she had been agitated until I was able to get there, even though this would have disrupted their schedules considerably. We have been exceptionally lucky to find such a fantastic, professional, senior care company. My mother has Parkinsons/Dementia and her care needs have gradually increased. In her later years, my mum has become very independent, resistant to change and wary of strangers in her house.
