WONDERFUL Managers ! ! ! I rented a place from them in North Pacific Beach and it was one of the nicest places I've rented in PB. They were great landlords and the few times I had a problem took care of it immediately.
Professionalism I would recommend Crown Management to others because they have professionally upgraded their units and they care about their tenants. They have been in property management for many years and take pride in their business.
Good company, nice apartment Crown is a much better apartment company than I am have had before in the past in Mission Beach. I got a fair price and when I moved in I got a new carpet and paint for the walls. Then 2 months later, without me asking I got kitchen and bathroom upgrades at no charge. I would advise my friends to use them foir sure.
Best Landlords at the Beach Can't agree with the prior poster. I've rented from them twice and both times had a positive experience. I never had a problem when I called for maintenance and they even gave me a new carpet and a new stainless steel fridge when mine had problems.
Average managers I've been a tenant for several years, and although the rent is the right price, they are stingy on cosmetic repairs, slow on response time, and cheap on labor and parts replacements. Good for a first apartment, not for long term living.
