So happy with Crown I recently moved out from New York City and a friend recommended I use Crown to find an apartment in La Jolla since I have a cat and they are one of the only cat friendly management cos here. But it's also been a breath of fresh air because everyone I met with and talked to are real people, very friendly, and generally made the whole process easy. I highly recommend!
Relieved to find decent managers I'm a graphic designer and my place is really important to me. Most of the places I checked out were not what I was looking for. But Crown has really nice places- they are definitely a step up. They are pretty good with response time too.
Quick on repair requests but unprofessional lease services On the positive side, Crown Mngmt is super responsive when it comes to maintenance or repair issues, even if it means them paying extra to have a plumber come that night. On the negative side, the management is extremely rude and hard to communicate with. Super nice beach units I was obsessive about finding my last place and probably looked at 20 apartments before choosing my current place. I'm totally happy with my decision. I found what I was looking for- hardwood floors, gorgeous interior, near to the ocean. They also took my cat.
Refreshingly professional, great facilities Crown Management has picked one niche (beach area residential properties) and have impressively perfected their business model over the years. Their units are cheerful and well maintained. Unlike many other management companies, they keep much of their maintenance "in-house", which is one reason they are more responsive and competent with repairs then their competition. Crown Management-definite recommendation! Crown Management is great, very professional and really know the rental market here in SD. They are quick to respond to my calls, have good contractors at hand to fix any problems, and are pleasant to deal with. They work hard to keep tenants happy and to keep good tenants!
Great Pad I just moved in to one of there places here in Pb and so far they have made the process really easy. They were strict about having good credit but that wasn't an issue for me. My apt. is in pretty good shape especially considering other places I have lived at in the beach and my place had a new bathroom which was really cool. The management are nice and when my dishwasher broke they totally took care of it and got me a new one right away. So far I would recommend them to friends for sure.
new kitchen, bathroom, paint and hardwood floors great experience with Crown in PB, before I moved in they completely remodeled the unit with new everything, along with most the other units in the building. it feels like I have a nice custom apartment. the manger father son duo are very friendly and helpful. would recommend to anyone. -kento
Great overall, minor gripes - see review I rented from them for 3-something years. Much better than past landlords over the years. PROS: Speedy application process- I found out the same day I applied that I was approved Apartment was really nice & well maintained Quick response to my phone calls. CONS: Refused to adjust due date to the 15th (when I get paid) and required a minimum lease.
