new kitchen, bathroom, paint and hardwood floors great experience with Crown in PB, before I moved in they completely remodeled the unit with new everything, along with most the other units in the building. it feels like I have a nice custom apartment. the manger father son duo are very friendly and helpful. would recommend to anyone.
Crown Management has been great to work with These guys are great to rent from. They've helped me out tremendously with my rental and I can't say enough good things. Whenever there is a maintenance problem they are very fast at getting back to me and do a great job fixing anything that might be wrong very quickly. They are professional but also manage to be very friendly at the same time. Thanks for a positive experience.
Happy with my landlords I have nothing but good things to say about Crown- they really take care of tenants. My place at the beach is really nice and I'm happy living here. Several of my friends rent from them too.
Relieved to find decent managers I'm a graphic designer and my place is really important to me. Most of the places I checked out were not what I was looking for. But Crown has really nice places- they are definitely a step up.
Not too bad I rented an apartment from them not too long ago. I didn't need much assistance from them, but the one problem I did have (broken electrical switch) was fixed in a day.
Crown Management is a great management company I'm really impressed with Crown Management and the high level of service they provide. My apartment is the envy of my friends and they are blown away by how nice it is. I'm right by the beach too !
crown management I have rented many places in the beach area and found their apts. to be very nice. Any time I needed assistance with a repair, my calls were always returned and the repair was made in a timely manner. Would definitely rent from them again.
