awesome building My friends and I lived at their building for the past few years and it was great!! All the tenants in the complex were like my age which was cool so everyone really got along. Our apt. was totally brand new so we didn't have any problems with our place but the landlords were always nice when we saw them at the complex. If I hadn't moved in with my fiance I definitely would have rented with them again.
Average managers I've been a tenant for several years, and although the rent is the right price, they are stingy on cosmetic repairs, slow on response time, and cheap on labor and parts replacements. Good for a first apartment, not for long term living.
WONDERFUL Managers ! ! ! I rented a place from them in North Pacific Beach and it was one of the nicest places I've rented in PB. They were great landlords and the few times I had a problem took care of it immediately. Unlike my prior landlords Crown actually cares about their tenants. Super nice beach units I was obsessive about finding my last place and probably looked at 20 apartments before choosing my current place. I'm totally happy with my decision. I found what I was looking for- hardwood floors, gorgeous interior, near to the ocean. They also took my cat.
crown management I have rented many places in the beach area and found their apts. to be very nice. Any time I needed assistance with a repair, my calls were always returned and the repair was made in a timely manner. Would definitely rent from them again.
Crown Management has been great to work with These guys are great to rent from. They've helped me out tremendously with my rental and I can't say enough good things. Whenever there is a maintenance problem they are very fast at getting back to me and do a great job fixing anything that might be wrong very quickly. They are professional but also manage to be very friendly at the same time. Thanks for a positive experience.
Good company, nice apartment Crown is a much better apartment company than I am have had before in the past in Mission Beach. I got a fair price and when I moved in I got a new carpet and paint for the walls. Then 2 months later, without me asking I got kitchen and bathroom upgrades at no charge. I would advise my friends to use them foir sure.
Professionalism I would recommend Crown Management to others because they have professionally upgraded their units and they care about their tenants. They have been in property management for many years and take pride in their business.
Refreshingly professional, great facilities Crown Management has picked one niche (beach area residential properties) and have impressively perfected their business model over the years.
