I hope the quality of building the properties is better than the site drainage. Diverted run-off regularly floods the road outside and the adjacent lane. The lane is now frequently impassable and has deep mud / sediment across its entire width around 20 metres long. Maximum depth up to 30cm! Water / mud / sediment also runs into fishing ponds over the road.
Show homes look well presented and very spacious using tricks of the trade to make them look top notch. However in reality once moving in with furniture, they are very small with an impossible kitchen. I would say it is suitable for no more than 3 people. Lots of issues took over 10 months to sort with a lot of back and forth of persuasion to get things done. I would look at other home builders first.
