Ordered vinyl flooring for kitchen/diner, hall & bathroom. Fitter came to put it down and there were a few places where the vinyl looked bubbled. Was assured it would settle and be fine but after a week it didn’t so I contacted them to come back out to which the fitter said it was because of the heating being on it had made the flooring expand 🤥 He trimmed a bit off each part I showed him and said give it time to settle! Do not ever use these cowboys! Very overly priced and bad quality flooring. When trying to resolve the situation my sister was called a slag from the man in the shop with him punching the items within the shop. Telling us to f off. Image if that was an elderly person. Avoid at all costs !
Wouldn't use agin Had all downstairs dont just before Christmas and am still waiting for them to come back to the house to amend where the carpet and lino lifts or is fitted correctly Was told someone was coming back but they have never been.
Came to fit the carpet in the hallway, stairs and landing. During fitting, one of the fitters advised that the radiator was leaking but said straight away it wasn’t anything he had done. The radiator hadn’t been on the wall for months and then all of sudden when he’s fitting the carpet on the stairs, it starts leaking all over my freshly laid floor and freshly painted walls. Just a bit of honesty would have been good. Shame really. On the hand, the guy running the shop is a nice guy.
Not very friendly, poor customer services!
