My mother had been a resident for a few months now and I can only offer my complete thanks to the amazing staff that care for her. In regard specifically to Adam’s review I find it disappointing that he has judged all staff on 2 individuals rather than speak to them directly. I visit at all hours of the day as there is no restrictions and have found the home to clean, and welcoming. My dad has now been in 8ths. Carers,staff & management have been wonderful to dad & myself. I had lots to do with legal stuff & management were always quick to help. My dad is happy, which is all the matters. If not, i would confront them head on. But i have no complaints. They all care.!

I couldn't disagree more with "Adam's" review. All of the staff at Crouched Friars are brilliant and do an amazing job to look after our loved ones. Many of the residents have complex needs and my own mother, who has advancing Alzheimer's, is always happy when we visit, is well fed, entertained and cared for in this special place. We will always be grateful for the care and safety that you provide.

Stepping into Crouched Friars is like stepping into a family home. All the staff are so friendly and caring and go out of their way to provide a loving and caring environment for our loved ones. My mother moved into Crouched Friars about three years ago and she has been and continues to be very happy there. She has told me on many occasions how well she is cared for and how lovely everyone is in Crouched Friars. My mother has been at Crouched Friars for the last three years. I believe that she is being well cared for. She regularly tells me that the staff are kind to her. I cannot ask for more than that from them. If I had any concerns then she would not be there. Thanks to Paulina and staff.
