Went for an impromptu lunch with my partner. I have been here before and it has always been fine. Today, ordered drinks and lunch from the menu. That was fine. Another couple came in, were shown to their table, water was brought over and they were shown the Specials board. I had to ask for a glass of water and was not even told that there was a Specials board. I felt very dissatisfied with the service and being treated like a 2nd class citizen. I will not be going there again even though I do like the wine.
Lovely time doing the bronze self guided tasting and took a couple of bottles home
We would like to say a big thankyou to crouch view and thie staff. We made a booking for 4 in which my partner pre paid. At the last minute due to a family crisis, we had to canx 2. They couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. 2 of us still went, and the food was absolutely out of this world. Once again a big thank you to the whole team .
Food was ok. Wine is lovely.
