Very good always helpfull
Was very disheartened by previous garage but brought car to crossroads and harry solved all the issues that were causing the problems highly recommend this garage will be using again in the future thanks harry
I had my car recovered to this garage twice over the space of a month. The mechanic stated he could not find a fault at the time of his diagnosic check. The second time it was recovered the car was sat there for an entire day with these guys not answering the phone. I went down to find the car was not even checked whilst being there near enough the entire day and the mechanic stated there is no fault again. Cross roads had gave me a quote for 475 for a power steering pump plus £120 for labour I went to a garage 3 miles away ... read more
Amazing Garage, communication was 10/10. Managed to sort my gearbox out before Christmas.
Amazing service friendly attentive professional Had major works done on bmw f10 and car drives like new . They also supply a mapping service so because the custom service and works were impeccable I had a map done to my car , amazing difference to my 530d m sport , drives like a Ferrari bloody beast , massive difference on fuel actually got 80mpg on eco run on motorway 65mpg comfort and 45mpg sport , 38 sports plus , previous car was doing 28mpg round town , highly recommended service , honest communication and feedback valu... read more
