Once again medication has been given to my mother wrong time of the day. Carer's obviously not clearly checking my mother's nomads tray. This only happened other month. So not happy with crossroads carer who called. Must be much more careful for future visits.
First impressions after speaking to 2 lady's . Are very helpful friendly and professional. Spoke to a lady called Christine who was very helpful. Thanks.
