Absolutely shocking company Owner doesn’t have a clue what he is doing Staff are lovely but management is incredibly incompetent I would NOT recommend working here or having them provide care to your loved ones How they are still operating is beyond me, Investigators are truly needed here
Worked for crosshands for 2+ years. Was constantly told I was one of the "good" carers until I had a supervision a few weeks ago and was told I was going above and beyond by one manager and then another manager told me to reign my care in, even though caring is the job role. Due to actually doing my job properly when others wernt, I was told to bring my care down a notch instead of them being told to fetch their care level up. Was a great company at first i felt appreciated and found management very supportive and helpful but that soon changed. If your a person who is at there beck and call you'll fit right in the minute you stop doing as much, your hours will get cut and you'll be given the "duff" shifts and basically pushed out. Alot of favouritism goes on between management and staff which is unfair and causes alot animosity creating an unhealthy work environment.
