I really wanted to give like 3.5 stars but 4 is more accurate than 3. The movie theater is crap compared to Colonies and should probably be redone, it would be a nice touch. And overall just imo I think the whole place is way too big lol. I know that's a weird complaint but all the stores I like are so far from each other. It's not that big of a deal though, its good exercise. But other than that I'd say Crossgates has a wealthy establishment going on. Keep featuring new stores and I will always come back. Good on ya!

We went to see a movie. The movie was great but the popcorn was horrible!! The prices for snacks are ridiculous! 😞
It got busy there as we left but we had a good time

I ONCE SAW A PICTURE OF THE SUBWAY SANDWICHES AT THIS MALL AND I HATE IT.
Went there for a movie. Got threatened by a group of teenagers. No security in the building came to escort them out. I have video of anyone wants it.
Uncommonly good mall with a solid selection of good stores in a variety of price ranges and also some interesting/odd entertainment options like a comedy club and a Dave and Buster's. I like that they have actual sit-down restaurants in addition to the food court. I had a nice lunch at Pizzeria Uno, and there's also a Johnny Rockets and a brewery among other places. The Forever 21 store in this mall is enormous--like, cavernous. It goes on and on and seems to never end, and they have great deals.
