Love shopping there a lot so many new names of stores wow
I'm giving this mall 1 star for the lack of security and/or police presence. And the rude shit heads that patron it. In case the patrons are too stupid to know or just plain rude- you STOP at pedestrian walkways when a pedestrian is present. It's like, a law and stuff. Every single damn time I come to this mall moving forward- i am going to carry a half full bottle Of water. You will see that water being thrown at your car if you blow through a walkway with me and my kids waiting to cross. NY a**holes

We spent 25 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic. No parking, rude patrons, lack of organization for a busy shopping day. Ended up leaving because I was too pissed and fighting a losing battle. Crossgates sucks!!!!

I recently moved here with my husband and kids from Pittsburgh. I love the mall, my family loves going because there is something for everyone to do. The mall is huge, the only thing its missing is a store called The body shop, im running out of my favorite soaps and creams. Also i couldn't find Marshall's
