Crossgates is my favorite mall in the Capital District!
My girls got lice from Santa, waited over an hour in line then to get lice. Confirmed with school and sitter no other kid in our town has them. Disgusted
i recomend crossgates becuase its huge with alot to do
Huge mall, lots of stores. Mall keep seems very nice and clean, including the restrooms. Nice food court too.
My wife was in mall with 4 of the children 2 are 14 and 2 are 15, good kids but the mall cops told the kids to find a parent because there not allowed in mall after 4pm without one, we’re my kids rights why because of a few many have to be inconvenienced my wife gave the children 140.00 to spend and have fun, but the harassment of the mall cops stopped that quickly and unfairly so sad that we do this lost mine business for a long time
Why so many birds inside this mall? Dozens were flying over people eating in the food court. Disgusting! If that's not a health hazard, what is? What is the management of the mall doing about this? People here are acting as if this is normal. I'm sure the food is shitty enough without the added chance for more. Gross!
To many fights with unsupervised teens... need trained security at all entrances to ID people coming in and if underage should be denied access without a guardian.
This mall is not safe to shop. It has become just a violent place, constant fights and gangs. I myself and many others refuse to shop and support a place that does not protect their patrons. Their security has no force behind them and everyone knows it.PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS MALL
