I absolutely love this mall! It have everything I need!
On Wednesday at 4. My granddaughter and 2 grandsons were shopping. We were entering journeys store upstairs when a man. Old thin backpack. Bright turquoise sneakers. Approached my granddaughter less then 6 inches from me drooling sticking out his tongue and making sounds. Thank god I was there. I scared him away. You need better security. Very disappointed in Crossgates. Haven't been in years could not believe how run down it's gotten. Air conditioning doesn't seem to be working properly most stores had fans going. The wing near Dick's and all of Dick's smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Went to Colonie, 100% better.

Great Mall - lots of different stores - BUT - they still have a pet store that sells dogs?? Totally unacceptable! #adoptdontshop
Went there for a movie. Got threatened by a group of teenagers. No security in the building came to escort them out. I have video of anyone wants it.
