We need a bass pro shop and a rain forest cafe as well
Please bring LUSH, Urban Outfitters, and Anthropologie to Crossgates!!
Please hire a real beard Santa next year!!!
Keeping that place open in that snowstorm when there was a state of emergency declared was a critically BAD decision. How could you do that to the people employed there? Driving that night was unsafe for anyone out on the roads. Shame on you, Crossgates management.
Love this place
Me encanta Crossgates Mall es unos de mis lugares favoritos por eso le doy 5 estrellas
It was lit, especially with Monique. That Is all .
We spent 25 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic. No parking, rude patrons, lack of organization for a busy shopping day. Ended up leaving because I was too pissed and fighting a losing battle. Crossgates sucks!!!!
