I don't get over there as much as I used to, but that is a mistake on my part. The mall looks alive, and lots going on there. My service today was outstanding. The Apple Store/Bath and Body Works were places I visited.

I only go if I really need something or like I went to the movies and I thought that movies have to many commercial these days what happened to the days where we saw a few previews and then the movie started. Are we as movie goer paying extra for commercial and first look previews waiting 10 min for the movie to actually start
I can't stand it! The stores are small, and the youngsters working there REALLY need to be trained in customer service! The teenagers hanging around the mall, that speakers for itself! Also, I found parking to be less than it could be! I had a MUCH better experience at Colonie Center!
I was bunkered down in the Best Buy Warehouse because of an active shooter. An active shooter that vanished. I got a police officer on camera saying "free TV's for everyone". I will be returning for my TV.
