My mother & I visited Albany & decided to go to the mall. We totally enjoyed the shopping experience there! I enjoyed Victoria Secret, Bath & Body Works, Macy's, & all the other stores! My mother had her makeup done by James at Macy's & he was very patient, friendly, & it showed he loved his job ♡ The staff at Victoria Secret was very friendly as well! We spent the entire day at the mall walking around & visiting the different stores. We truly enjoyed the experience & will definitely go back when we visit NY again ♡
Crossgates why are you open tomorrow after this afternoon. I get it's a business op but ridiculous, every employee I talked to that was there today ranges from pretty shook up to straight up traumatized. Well I didn't get shot at!!! That's a plus. I'LL BE BACK.
We went to Billybeez for the first time. We had a great time!! A little pricey but worth it. The place was spotless and employees were so nice. Will definitely go back. Great place!!

Nice mall plenty of great placed to eat lots of stores but why are u closing so early 9:30 Crossgates.
I went into to stores the Disney store and jcp both places had very friendly employees. One lady at jcp gave both my kids candy canes :)
My girls got lice from Santa, waited over an hour in line then to get lice. Confirmed with school and sitter no other kid in our town has them. Disgusted
Crossgates is a hole. Management cares only about profit and to hell with the people who work or shop there. Don't shop at Crossgates.
