Was great until me and my daughter walked outside to people having sex in the back of their car! But one time I stopped in front the of the door to get my daughter that was walking out of the mall and security was screaming at me, where were they yesterday when someone was having sex in the back of their car!!??

We had a great time with pur daughter and her girlfriend at Crossgates..we shopped and ate and it was relaxing..thank you Crossgates for making us feel safe.

Crossgates is pretty huge. One can get lost or spend forever navigating the mall searching what they're looking for. If you know what you want and where to go, you're golden. Let you identify the experience not the beast of the shopping mall. Great times nonetheless. I am looking forward to what Via Port in Rotterdam has to offer us here in Schenectady County in the near Future. Just having the Aquarium definitely puts it forward in the right direction. I live in Delaware. I like the idea of two levels. It was nice to see different stores. The only think I thought was odd there was a big food court but not many places to choose from.
