Very nice place to shop. Of course it's not the city, the prices are lower than in the city. I live in Brooklyn and went to Albany for the weekend. I frequent there occasionally. I really like this mall. Great shops and I found a long haired German Shepard puppy for 600. I was surprised.
WorldStar needs to visit this mall for a week, they would get some good footage.
Are you kidding me with the people fighting in front families?! You need to get more security and actually do something about this because its an ongoing thing that no one seems to care about.
We enjoy cross gates especially the riding animals and lush 😍
This mall is huge. Great place to walk around. My son loved Dave & Buster's and there was an IMax, some vertical reality place, bowling and Billy Beez. So kids will have fun and the stores seem never ending. I wish this mall were close to my house. So much to do and if you walk the mall, you really are getting your steps in.

To the woman that was working the cash register yesterday around 330pm at five below. Thank you for reassuring me that i was fine and not to rush. Having my son screaming for a bottle in his carriage while i was trying to cash out, find his bottle in my bag at the bottom of his carriage, make the bottle, trying to get my wallet and card out, trying to pay, having customers behind me, me trying to rush because i dont want to be the parent that holds up a line because my child is having a meltdown. My daughter lost her iPhone please if anybody found it dm me. I tried to get help from the mall security and “ they weren’t able to help “. I’ll give a reward to whoever found it and is willing to give it back to the owner she just bought.
My hubby and I usually hangout there. We do enjoy shopping and customers services. There are a lot of shops with great services. Thanks.
