Problem it's built over water abd it disturbs my friends feet to walk on the hard floor.
Crossgates is turning to crap. At least one fight a week, people get stabbed. It’s a disgrace. I will NEVER go to Crossgates or recommend anyone to go there. Crossgates needs to get their crap together before someone dies. Absolutely sad.
To many fights with unsupervised teens... need trained security at all entrances to ID people coming in and if underage should be denied access without a guardian.
This mall is not safe to shop. It has become just a violent place, constant fights and gangs. I myself and many others refuse to shop and support a place that does not protect their patrons. Their security has no force behind them and everyone knows it.PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS MALL

Crossgates has everything our mall, Berkshire does not. The mall is huge with a diverse of stores for various ages groups. I will gladly travel an hour to shop for things I know will be available. I love Lucky Strike and all the other entertainment that's all available in one central location. Dinner and a movie or dinner, drinks and a show. Perfect!
All attractions because its a safe place to shop and the Security Officers are on point to keep the mall safe for all.
Uncommonly good mall with a solid selection of good stores in a variety of price ranges and also some interesting/odd entertainment options like a comedy club and a Dave and Buster's. I like that they have actual sit-down restaurants in addition to the food court. I had a nice lunch at Pizzeria Uno, and there's also a Johnny Rockets and a brewery among other places. The Forever 21 store in this mall is enormous--like, cavernous. It goes on and on and seems to never end, and they have great deals.
Great place to work for!! Many high end stores. So much diversity
