Been going to CFZ now for about three years. My only regret about my Crossfit Zion experience this far is that I did not start sooner. The facility, trainers, programming, and community there are top notch. I have never been more healthy in my life. Been to a few other places around town and Zion is hands down the best box in Southern Utah. Oh, and not to mention, the most reasonably priced!
What a great place to workout! They spend quality time with each and everyone and make it fun and affective.
