My brother and I were in town for a short weekend and we hit up CF Zion for a workout! They were more than accommodating and let us come in. The trainer was awesome and the members were very friendly. Thank you CF Zion. We will certainly come back through!

This box was so awesome ! I am visiting from LA and I called the owner Chad to find out information and he reached out after hours to get back to me. He let me bring my son along and they even have childcare at the 9 am class. The box was clean, the workout was fantastic, and members were very friendly. If you come to St George this box is a MUST!
Dropped in and trained with the 6am crew. Loved it! Real cool and welcoming group of people. Had fun with some strength work followed by a metcon.
I did my training last week at Crossfit Zion, I was a drop in and Chad took good care of me and everyone made me feel welcome! I recommend them to anyone needing a place to train. I will definitely be back!!

We had a blast on our drop in with Crossfit Zion. Coaching programming and facilities were incredibly solid and the class was all friendly, although a few were talking when the coaches were which is a bit disrespectful. The whole experience was great and we'd definitely come back to Crossfit Zion if we were in town. thanks again for having us guys, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! all the best for future training and business
