I contacted Chad to drop in for 18.5 workout he got back to me very quickly and let me know what times work best. When I dropped in Chad met me at the door and he and all the other athletes were extremely friendly and encouraging. What a great place to work out! I’ll be back anytime I’m in St. George thanks Crossfit Zion!

This place rocks!!! The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is extremely helpful. I would totally recommend anyone for this gym.
This box is simply outstanding!!! The coaches are highly qualified, knowledgeable and attentive. I’m just visiting for a few days from California but gotta say I️ wish I️ lived here in Saint George so I️ could train here. I’ve visited quite a few Crossfit boxes in my last 2 years of training and Crossfit Zion definitely takes number 1 on top of my list for their extraordinary qualified training approach and environment. LOVE IT!!!!
I was visiting in from out of town and dropped in on an early morning (6am) class. The facilities were great with sufficient space and equipment to support large classes. Chad (coach) and the class were all extremely friendly and I felt immediately welcome. It was a great WOD and was well explained and the class was well managed by Chad. I would recommend this box for locals and visitors and would happily visit again!
