I have tried to workout for years by trying different gyms, but I always felt out of place. Since I started 4 months ago I never felt that way once here @ CrossFit Sugar Grove. Everyone here no matter how long they have been working out in crossfit do their best to make sure you feel welcomed. Everyone is full of encouragement. This sure is the best place I have been too. I look forward to seeing what I accomplish this year.
