This gym is petty amazing! The coaches are phenomenal. The people are unforgettable. They really push each other and make this gym a place you look forward to going too. I have learned so much and look forward to learning a lot more.
Phenomenal is an understatement to describe crossfit Sugar Grove. The coaches & the people welcome anyone new with open arms & what I like most aside from the high intensity workouts, is the fact that everyone including the people push each other to fully complete the WOD. I love this place & would recommend it to anyone interested in doing crossfit.
25 burpees...'nuff said! I am brand new to this box but everything seems and feels top notch. Definitely get the sense of community. The coaches are all very nice and the owner Rebecca is top notch, very responsive, all around awesome. I am looking forward to growing fitter at this box!!!!!
I did my first drop in ever here and they were great! I definitely recommend this box!:)
